7th International Workshop on Piezoelectric MEMS 2019

The PizeoMEMS 2019 Workshop will be held on July 15-19, 2019 at Lausanne, Switzerland. It is organised in the frame of the joint meeting f2cp2 including ISAF 2019, EMF 2019, ICE 2019, and PFM 2019. It is organized by the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne). As in the years before, the MEMS part of the conference aims to stimulate the exchange of insights, information, and new ideas in the piezoelectric thin films and their applications in MEMS. Especially, we'd like to promote the practical application of piezoMEMS technologies through the MEMS sessions of this meeting, and we encourage the participation of researchers and engineers not only from academia but also from industry.
