5th International Workshop on Piezoelectric MEMS

PiezoMEMS 2016 will be held during May 24 and 25 at Grenoble, France, at the MINATEC center of CEA-LETI. The conference aims to stimulate the exchange of insights, information, and new ideas in the piezoelectric thin films and their applications in MEMS. Especially, we'd like to promote the practical application of piezo-MEMS technologies through this workshop, and we encourage the participation of researchers and engineers not only from academia but also from industry.
